Can I combine shipping?


Of Course!
We understand that you may get a little trigger happy (especially when we have a restock) so provided you order within 12 hours of your first order we are happy to combine for you!

Pay the shipping on the second item and we will refund you the difference when sending your shipping details!




Do you offer local drop off/pick up?


Yes all of the above!
We offer a local contactless dropoff for selected post codes around Geelong & the surfcoast (If this option is available to you it will be able to be selected in the shipping options drop down) Local delivery addresses must be residential and have a safe place to leave your packages to ensure your goodies arrive to you safely.

Local pick up is also available to those that would like to come to the studio for pick up.
Currently my studio days are Friday - Sunday so studio pick ups are only available those days. Once placing your order you will get an email when the order is ready for pick up




Do you ship internationally?


Yes we do! (although it is a little pricey)
We love seeing orders from all over the world (just give us some extra time to package and sort your order as there is a little more to do with your special delivery!)
Currently we can not ship to the UK due to Changes to the UK VAT




What are COVID Delays?


Currently Australia Post advise that due to COVID-19 there are some delays to deliveries. Please factor this in when purchasing from us that this is out of our control.

Within Victoria Express Post - 1 - 2 Business days Parcel Post - 2 - 4 Business days Interstate Express Post - 2 - 3 Business days Parcel Post - 4 - 7 Business days




Returns & Exchanges


Our items are all handmade with love in Geelong therefore, all sales are final and no returns can be made for change of mind so please pick your items carefully.
Tracking numbers are sent after your order is dispatch, if your package doesn't arrive to you or arrives dishevelled please report to Australia Post immediately and let us know (hello@thebohosuitcase.com) so we can follow this up and also action a replacement or refund.
Please note a replacement is our first choice however given the nature of some of our one-off items sometimes we have no choice but to offer a refund or a replacement of a different item in stock in our store. Any agreed returns or exchanges must be posted back to me within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.




Where are you located?


We currently work out of a shared studio space, The Lightbox Torquay (2/7-9 Cylinders Drive, Torquay) with a group of amazing creative people. You are welcome to visit and look around the shop but please respect that this is a workspace and a shared workspace at that. for more information about The Lightbox visit - www.thelightbox.com.au




Do you take on customs or commissions?


I do! However I am currently creating a streamlined way of taking these on. Stay tuned for updates!

I've got a collection of Little Golden books, would you like them?


We love nothing more than to create a new lease on life with peoples unwanted Little Golden books but unfortunantly shipping a box of 150 books interstate is quiet expensive so we tend to not do this. If you are local looking to get rid of some of your collection we would be happy to take a look, send us an email!
